It is unlawful for any person to engage in clinical laboratory practice in a clinical laboratory unless he or she is a duly licensed physician and surgeon or is duly authorized to do so under this chapter.
Notes
Prohibits any person from engaging in clinical laboratory practice in a clinical laboratory unless the person is a duly licensed physician and surgeon or is otherwise authorized under the chapter. A person may perform that laboratory practice only when one of those stated authorization conditions is satisfied.
