The violating or attempting to violate, directly or indirectly, or assisting in or abetting the violation of or conspiring to violate any provision or term of this chapter or regulations promulgated thereunder constitutes unprofessional conduct within the meaning of this chapter.

Defines directly or indirectly violating or attempting to violate the chapter or its regulations, assisting or abetting a violation, or conspiring to violate them as unprofessional conduct. Unprofessional conduct therefore includes the violation or attempt, assistance or abetting, and conspiracy described by the provision, whether the violation is direct or indirect.
