With the exception of narcotics and dangerous drugs stored on the licensed clinical laboratory premises for use exclusively as standards for the purpose of testing, the violation of any of the statutes of this state regulating narcotics and dangerous drugs constitutes unprofessional conduct within the meaning of this chapter.

Notes

Defines violation of state laws regulating narcotics and dangerous drugs as unprofessional conduct under the chapter, except for narcotics and dangerous drugs kept on licensed clinical laboratory premises exclusively as testing standards. The carve-out is limited to drugs stored on the licensed premises for that testing-standard purpose.
