It is unlawful to sell or barter, or offer to sell or barter, any license issued by the board.
Notes
Prohibits selling, bartering, offering to sell, or offering to barter any license issued by the board. The prohibition applies to both completed transfers for value or exchange and offers to make such a transfer involving any professional license issued by the board.
