It is unlawful to purchase or procure by barter any license issued by the board with intent to use the same as evidence of the holder’s qualification to practice the fitting or selling of hearing aids.

Prohibits purchasing or obtaining by barter any license issued by the board when the person intends to use that license as evidence of the holder’s qualification to practice fitting or selling hearing aids. The prohibition applies to procurement by either purchase or barter when accompanied by that intended evidentiary use.
