It is unlawful to alter with fraudulent intent in any material regard a license issued by the board.
Notes
Prohibits materially altering a license issued by the board when the alteration is made with fraudulent intent. The unlawful-conduct rule requires both a material change to the board-issued license and fraudulent intent accompanying that alteration by the person making it.
