The board may adopt, amend, or repeal, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code), regulations necessary to enable the board to carry into effect the provisions of law relating to the practice of podiatric medicine.
Notes
Allows the board to adopt, amend, or repeal regulations under the Administrative Procedure Act when necessary to carry out laws governing the practice of podiatric medicine. The regulatory authority is limited to measures needed to put those podiatric-practice laws into effect and must follow the referenced administrative rulemaking procedures.
