A psychologist licensed under this chapter may use biofeedback instruments which do not pierce or cut the skin to measure physical and mental functioning.

Notes

Allows a psychologist licensed under the chapter to use biofeedback instruments that measure physical and mental functioning, provided the instruments do not pierce or cut the skin. Limits the express authorization to noninvasive biofeedback instruments meeting that condition while allowing their use for measurement of both physical and mental functioning.
