Every applicant for a certificate to practice nurse-midwifery shall comply with all the provisions of this article in addition to the provisions of this chapter.

Notes

Requires every applicant seeking a certificate to practice nurse-midwifery to comply with all requirements contained in the nurse-midwifery article in addition to the provisions of the broader nursing chapter. The certification applicant must therefore satisfy both sets of statutory requirements rather than only the article-specific rules.
