“Advanced practice registered nurse” means those licensed registered nurses who have met the requirements of Article 2.5 (commencing with Section 2746), Article 7 (commencing with Section 2825), Article 8 (commencing with Section 2834), or Article 9 (commencing with Section 2838).

Notes

Defines “advanced practice registered nurse” as a licensed registered nurse who has met the requirements of one of the referenced advanced-practice articles. The definition covers only registered nurses who satisfy the applicable statutory requirements identified for the advanced-practice categories listed by the provision.
