The board shall issue a certificate to practice nurse anesthesia to any person who qualifies under this article and is licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

Notes

Requires the board to issue a certificate authorizing nurse-anesthesia practice to any person who qualifies under the governing article and is licensed under the chapter. The certification duty applies when the applicant satisfies both the nurse-anesthesia qualification requirements and the chapter's separate licensure requirement.
