In addition to the criteria and causes set forth in Section 3534.4, the board may set forth in its regulations additional criteria for admission to the program or causes for termination from the program.

Notes

Allows the board, by regulation, to add admission criteria for the program and additional causes for terminating a participant, beyond the criteria and causes already specified in the referenced provision. The authority is limited to supplementing the existing admission and termination standards through board regulations.
