Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit a clinic or health facility licensed pursuant to Division 2 (commencing with Section 1200) of the Health and Safety Code from employing a certified polysomnographic technologist.

Allows a clinic or health facility licensed under the identified Health and Safety Code division to employ a certified polysomnographic technologist. The chapter does not prohibit that employment, so the stated clinic and health-facility employers remain permitted to hire certified polysomnographic technologists despite the chapter.
