Nothing in this chapter shall apply to diagnostic electroencephalograms conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society.

Exempts diagnostic electroencephalograms conducted in accordance with the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society guidelines from this chapter. The chapter therefore does not apply when the diagnostic electroencephalogram is performed under those guidelines, limiting the exemption to examinations conducted in accordance with that stated professional standard.
