The board may not adopt or amend any rule or regulation that thereby would conflict with Section 1186 of the Labor Code.

Notes

Prohibits the Board of Pharmacy from adopting or amending any rule or regulation that would conflict with the specified Labor Code provision. The restriction applies whenever the board exercises its rulemaking authority under the chapter and bars a regulation or amendment that creates the stated statutory conflict.
