The board shall administer and enforce this chapter and the Uniform Controlled Substances Act (Division 10 (commencing with Section 11000) of the Health and Safety Code).

Notes

Requires the board to administer and enforce the pharmacy chapter and the Uniform Controlled Substances Act identified as Division 10 beginning with Section 11000 of the Health and Safety Code. The board is assigned responsibility for both administration and enforcement of those two bodies of law.
