Each shareholder, director, and officer of a pharmacy corporation, except an assistant secretary and an assistant treasurer, shall be a licensed person as defined in Section 13401 of the Corporations Code.

Notes

Requires each shareholder, director, and officer of a pharmacy corporation to be a licensed person as defined in the referenced Corporations Code provision. The requirement does not apply to an assistant secretary or assistant treasurer, which are the two expressly stated officer exceptions.
