The name of a pharmacy corporation and any name or names under which it may render professional services shall contain the word “pharmacist,” “pharmacy,” or “pharmaceutical” and wording or abbreviations denoting corporate existence.

Requires the name of a pharmacy corporation, and every name under which it renders professional services, to contain “pharmacist,” “pharmacy,” or “pharmaceutical” and wording or abbreviations showing corporate existence. Both the corporation’s name and its professional-service names are subject to that naming requirement.
