A licensee desiring to operate an alarm company operator business at a location other than the principal place of business as shown on the license shall apply for a branch office registration for each additional location as set forth in this chapter.

Notes

Requires an alarm company operator licensee that wants to operate at any location other than the principal place of business shown on the license to apply for a branch office registration for each additional location. The rule applies separately to every additional business location and makes branch registration a condition of operating there.
