Every licensed business, including registered branch offices, shall be under the active charge of a qualified manager. Every licensed registered branch office shall be managed by a designated branch office manager as set forth in this chapter.

Requires every licensed alarm company business, including each registered branch office, to operate under the active charge of a qualified manager. Each registered branch office must additionally be managed by a designated branch office manager as provided by the chapter.
