A qualified geologist is a person who possesses all the qualifications specified in Section 7841 for registration except that he is not registered.

Notes

Defines a “qualified geologist” as a person who possesses all qualifications specified in the referenced registration provision but is not registered. The definition expressly separates meeting the stated registration qualifications from actually holding registration and does not itself create an alternate registration, exemption, application procedure, deadline, fee, or professional title.
