The bureau is authorized to bring action to enforce the provisions of the law subject to its jurisdiction, in which actions it shall be represented by the Attorney General.
Notes
Allows the bureau to bring an action to enforce laws within its jurisdiction. In any such enforcement action, the Attorney General must represent the bureau, pairing the bureau’s authority to initiate judicial enforcement with representation by the state’s Attorney General.
