The bureau shall enforce and administer Part 1 (commencing with Section 8100), Part 3 (commencing with Section 8250), and Part 5 (commencing with Section 9501) of Division 8 of the Health and Safety Code.

Requires the bureau to enforce and administer the three specified parts of Division 8 of the Health and Safety Code. The mandate places responsibility for both administration and enforcement of each referenced statutory part with the bureau rather than limiting the bureau to only one of those functions.
