If an applicant for a funeral establishment license proposes to engage in or conduct more than one funeral establishment, the applicant shall make a separate application and procure a separate license for each separate establishment.

Requires an applicant who proposes to engage in or conduct more than one funeral establishment to file a separate application and obtain a separate license for each establishment. A single funeral establishment license therefore does not cover multiple separate establishments operated or proposed by the same applicant.
