Not more than one person, partnership, association, corporation, or other organization engaged in business as a funeral establishment shall transact business in one specific funeral facility.
Notes
Limits each specific funeral facility to one person, partnership, association, corporation, or other organization transacting business there as a funeral establishment. More than one such business entity may not conduct funeral-establishment business from the same specific funeral facility under this restriction.
