For a violation of any of the provisions of Sections 7652.2, 7652.3, 7652.4, and 7652.6, the bureau may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke the license of the cemetery licensee in accordance with the provisions of this act relating to disciplinary proceedings.
Notes
Allows the bureau to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke a cemetery licensee’s license for violating any of the four referenced provisions. The bureau must impose that suspension or revocation in accordance with the act’s disciplinary-proceeding provisions, making those procedures applicable to discipline based on the identified violations.
