A renewal cemetery broker’s license is a cemetery license issued to a person who had a cemetery broker’s license unrevoked and unsuspended on June 30 of the fiscal year previous to the fiscal year for which the renewal cemetery license is issued.
Notes
Defines a “renewal cemetery broker’s license” as a cemetery license issued to a person whose cemetery-broker license was neither revoked nor suspended on June 30 of the fiscal year immediately preceding the fiscal year for which the renewal license is issued. The definition uses that prior-June-30 status as its identifying condition.
