An original cemetery broker’s license is a cemetery license issued to a person who did not have a cemetery broker’s license on June 30 of the fiscal year previous to the fiscal year for which the license is issued.
Notes
Defines an “original cemetery broker’s license” as a cemetery license issued to a person who did not hold a cemetery broker’s license on June 30 of the fiscal year preceding the fiscal year for which the new license is issued. The definition therefore turns on the person’s broker-license status on that specified June 30 date.
