Upon payment of the charges set forth, the bureau shall issue a renewal of the certificate of authority to the cemetery authority.

Notes

Requires the bureau to issue a renewal of a cemetery authority’s certificate of authority upon payment of the specified charges. The renewal duty is triggered by payment of those charges and directs the bureau to issue the renewed certificate to the cemetery authority once the required payment has been made.
