Failure to pay the charges set forth by Section 7730.10 prior to February 1 for each year shall be cause for suspension of the certificate of authority. The certificate may be restored upon payment to the bureau of the prescribed charges.

Notes

Sets failure to pay the specified annual charges before February 1 as cause for suspension of a cemetery authority’s certificate of authority. Allows the suspended certificate to be restored when the prescribed charges are paid to the bureau, linking both the suspension ground and restoration directly to payment of those charges.
