A trustee may deposit the corpus of the trust in any financial institution insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Notes

Allows a trustee to deposit the trust principal in any financial institution insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Allows that deposit of the trust principal when the financial institution receiving it is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the deposit is made by the trustee.
