A trustee may deposit the corpus of the trust in any credit union which is insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.
Notes
Allows a trustee to deposit the trust principal in any credit union insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund. Allows that deposit of the trust principal when the receiving credit union is insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund and the deposit is made by the trustee.
