If delinquency in the payment of the fee for renewal of any license extends beyond three months, the license shall not be reinstated and the licensee shall be required to obtain a new license in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 (commencing with Section 8560).
Notes
Prohibits reinstatement of a license when delinquency in paying its renewal fee extends beyond three months. Once that three-month period is exceeded, the former licensee must obtain a new license under the cited licensing article rather than restoring the delinquent license through the renewal or reinstatement process.
