From state funds appropriated by the Legislature for such purposes and from federal funds made available for such purposes, the California Transportation Commission may allocate funds to the director for payment of compensation authorized by this chapter.

Notes

Allows the California Transportation Commission to allocate state funds appropriated by the Legislature and available federal funds to the director for payment of compensation authorized by the chapter. The allocation authority is limited to funds provided or made available for that compensation purpose.
