The California Transportation Commission is authorized to allocate sufficient funds from the State Highway Account in the State Transportation Fund that are available for capital outlay purposes to match federal funds made available for the removal of outdoor advertising displays.

Allows the California Transportation Commission to allocate sufficient capital-outlay funds available in the State Highway Account within the State Transportation Fund to match federal money made available for removal of outdoor advertising displays. The authority is limited to matching those federal display-removal funds.
