The director may take disciplinary action against any licensee after a hearing as provided in this article by any of the following:

(a) Imposing probation upon terms and conditions to be set forth by the director.

(b) Suspending the license.

(c) Revoking the license.

Notes

Allows the director, after a hearing under the article, to discipline a licensee by imposing probation on terms and conditions set by the director, suspending the license, or revoking the license. The provision identifies those three forms of disciplinary action available after the required hearing.
