Upon the effective date of any order of suspension or revocation of any license governed by this chapter, the licensee shall surrender the license to the director.

Notes

Requires a licensee to surrender the affected license to the director when an order suspending or revoking a license governed by the chapter becomes effective. The surrender duty arises on the effective date of either type of disciplinary order and requires delivery to the director.
