Any advertisement made on behalf of a licensee, which is not paid for by the licensee, shall disclose any business relationship, past or present, between the licensee and the person paying for the advertisement.
Notes
Requires any advertisement made on behalf of a State Bar licensee, when the licensee does not pay for the advertisement, to disclose every past or present business relationship between that licensee and the person who pays for the advertisement. The disclosure obligation applies specifically when someone other than the licensee pays for the advertisement.
