The court shall report the name, address, and professional license number of any person found in violation of this article to the appropriate professional licensing agency for review and possible disciplinary action.

Notes

Requires a court that finds a person in violation of the lawyer-advertising article to report that person’s name, address, and professional license number to the appropriate professional licensing agency. The agency then receives the information for review and possible disciplinary action.
