Failure in any material respect to comply with the provisions of this chapter, or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter, or to comply with the provisions of Section 7106 of the Public Contract Code, constitutes a cause for disciplinary action.

Notes

Establishes a cause for disciplinary action when a person subject to the chapter materially fails to comply with the chapter, any rule or regulation adopted under it, or the specified Public Contract Code provision. The disciplinary ground requires noncompliance in a material respect with one of those identified requirements.
