The doing of any wilful or fraudulent act by the licensee as a contractor in consequence of which another is substantially injured constitutes a cause for disciplinary action.

Notes

Sets a licensee’s willful or fraudulent act, committed while acting as a contractor and causing substantial injury to another person, as grounds for disciplinary action. The disciplinary rule requires both the willful or fraudulent contractor conduct and the resulting substantial injury described by the provision.
