Neither Section 10185 nor any other provision of this part which makes violation of this part a crime shall be construed to preclude application of any other criminal provision of the law of this state to an act or omission which constitutes a violation of this part.
Notes
Allows another criminal provision of the law of this state to apply to an act or omission that violates this part, despite provisions making violations of the part crimes. Establishes that Section 10185 and other criminal provisions of the part do not preclude application of another state criminal provision to the same conduct.
