Every person, by himself, or through or for another, who willfully misrepresents a charge for service rendered on the basis of weight, time, measure, or count is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Prohibits any person from willfully misrepresenting a charge for services rendered on the basis of weight, time, measure, or count, whether acting personally, through another, or for another person, and makes that conduct a misdemeanor. The offense applies when the willful misrepresentation concerns a service charge calculated using any of those listed bases.
