This chapter does not apply to the manufacturer of insulating window or door glass or products containing insulating window or door glass.

Notes

Exempts manufacturers of insulating window or door glass, and manufacturers of products containing insulating window or door glass, from the chapter. The exemption applies to manufacturers in either listed category: those making the specified insulating glass itself and those making products that contain that insulating window or door glass.
