“Salesman” means any individual who solicits or receives an order for alcoholic beverages from any licensee.

Notes

Defines “salesman” as an individual who solicits or receives an order for alcoholic beverages from any licensee, covering either solicitation or receipt of the order. The term is limited to an individual performing one of those stated acts concerning an alcoholic-beverage order received from a licensee and adds no other activity to qualify.
