Every person who refills or causes to be refilled with distilled spirits any distilled spirits container is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Notes
Prohibits any person from refilling, or causing another person to refill, a distilled-spirits container with distilled spirits. A person who performs or causes that refilling commits a misdemeanor, with the provision applying to the act of refilling the container itself rather than depending on a later sale or offer of the refilled spirits.
