Prohibits any person from selling, offering for sale, or keeping for sale distilled spirits in a package that has been refilled or partly refilled. Each covered act involving a refilled or partially refilled package is a misdemeanor under the provision, which applies whether the package is actually sold or merely offered or kept for sale.
