A person shall not perform duties that include the sale or service of alcoholic beverages for consumption on licensed premises, and shall not manage that person, without a valid alcohol server certification.

Notes

Prohibits a person from selling or serving alcoholic beverages for consumption on licensed premises, or managing or supervising a person who does so, without a valid alcohol server certification. The restriction applies directly to both alcohol-service duties and management of individuals performing those duties on licensed premises.
