Nothing in this division prevents the purchase or possession in packages of less than one-half pint capacity of bitters or other aromatic or flavoring or medicinal preparations, which are classed for taxing purposes as distilled spirits, by on-sale licensees.

Notes

Allows on-sale licensees to purchase or possess bitters and other aromatic, flavoring, or medicinal preparations in packages smaller than one-half pint even when the preparations are classified as distilled spirits for tax purposes. The division does not prevent possession or purchase of those sub-half-pint preparations by the specified licensees.
