A club as defined in this article is a bona fide club within the meaning of Section 22 of Article XX of the Constitution.

Notes

Defines every club meeting the article’s definition as a bona fide club for purposes of the specified constitutional provision. The rule supplies that legal classification automatically and states no additional membership threshold, duration requirement, fee, licensing procedure, exception, deadline, or separate qualification beyond satisfying the article’s applicable definition of a club.
